Shipping Policy 

We deliver to all 50 states in the United States. Our Local delivery is within Specific locations in the Columbus Ohio area and we deliver within 24-48 hrs. Weekend orders will be delivered on the next business day. Other options available include local pickups and domestic delivery.

US Postal Service: All orders shipped via USPS, UPS, or local delivery if qualified. Rates are Flat… Large Box is $20.00 and Medium Box is $15.01. Free delivery is applied to all domestic orders over $150. We will contact you to provide shipping cost if the purchase cannot be shipped in a USPS Large Box or by UPS. Additional shipping costs will have to be paid Via Paypal or Cash app.

Local Pickup: Order online and select the local pickup delivery option during checkout. Your order will be ready to pick up at the above address usually within an hour. 

Local Delivery cost is $9.99 flat for any address within 30 miles from the store location. Free Local delivery applies to orders over $150 with a delivery address within 30 miles of the store. 

Other Terms: The delivery times we specify start from the moment of our order confirmation provided that the purchase price has been paid. The delivery period is the same day if ordered before 1 pm EST unless a different delivery time is specified in our online shop for the respective goods. If no items among the products that the Customer has chosen are available the order is placed, the Provider shall immediately inform the Customer in the order confirmation.

Payment Methods: Payment can be made in several ways including Paypal, Amazon pay, Visa, Debit card, or credit card.

 

Paypal: Paypal payments are a secure and easy way to make payments for online purchases. Read the Paypal Privacy Policy for additional information.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ohioafricmart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, snacks, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Consumable and perishable goods are only returnable to the delivery driver. 

All other returns will be reviewed.
